Mostly I organize these calls on Wednesdays, but depending on the availability of all participants we can pick another moment.

What if I already have a great routine or I'm a health expert, but I still feel stressed?
This program is not only about creating a daily routine, you will get help setting your priorities for the coming months, dealing with perfectionism, implementing little tricks to focus better and feel more clarity, etc ... Check out the full outline of the program right here.
We even have health coaches, healers, doctors and psychotherapists joining the program as clients, because we know there's a big difference between knowing and doing, and listening to our own bodies can be hard without external support.
When can I get started?
Our next start date will be confirmed soon, but you can gain access to all the modules right away once you register. If you feel like right now you have more time to work on yourself, you don't need to wait. You can start now at your own pace and join the Q&A calls afterwards.
Does my location matter?
Not at all! We have participants from Peru, Europe, the US, Australia, ... Anyone can join the program from anywhere in the world.
If you don't feel super comfortable in English, I recommend you take private sessions with me in either Dutch or Spanish. You can book a free call in my calendar to discuss the details.
What if I can't make it to some or any of the live calls? Is it worth it for me to join?
No one can make it to all the calls, which is why I record them and send the recording to all participants right after. You will recognize the challenges others bring forward during the calls and learn lots from just listening. On top of that, you can always ask me questions on the platform and I will give you personal support in-between the calls. This way I can coach you even if you can't be there in person!
